 Education Session Schedule

Because Be Fit for Fun is a community event to help people rethink their current health and fitness level, there are very few ways to get knocked out of the competition. You're all winners! We want you to get a new perspective on your health and fitness, so we make it really easy to stay in the competition.

Here is the short version of the rules.
1. Get a team together and register by the deadline.
2. Have everyone on the team weigh in during the first set of
    weigh-in times.
3. Make sure at least one person on your team attends the
education ession presented each week. They are chock-full
of good information though, so everybody may want to
    attend.
4. If your team makes it to the final week, have everyone on the
team weigh in at one of the scheduled weigh in dates/times.

Most teams are knocked out because a team member didn't come to an educational session. Communication with your team members is key!

All educational sessions will be held on Tuesdays each week at noon and again at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise designated.
